Areas of Practice
You will learn the difference between Wills, Trusts, and Non-probate designations in order to decide which option is the best fit for you. Jennifer understands that everyone’s circumstances are different, and one-size does not fit all with legal documents.
Traditional estate planning does not historically include asset protection planning to address the risk of long-term care expenses. As a CELA, Jennifer has the specific experience and education to offer you a calculated analysis of your options to help you choose the right plan for you and your loved ones.
Whether you need assistance with administering an estate, or initiating guardianship proceedings for a minor or incompetent person, our team strives to offer you a clear assessment of your case from the initial meeting, so you know what to expect.
